Tell us what is stuck

You do not need a written brief and you do not need to know what should be built. A description of what is not working is enough for us to say whether we are the right people.

Which channel to use

  • WhatsApp - fastest, and good for a short question or a fit check.
  • Phone - when explaining is easier than writing, or when it is urgent.
  • The form - when there is detail to give, or when you are writing after hours.

What to include

The more we know up front, the more our first reply is an answer rather than a request for details.

  • What the business does, in one line.
  • The process that is stuck today and how it actually runs - a spreadsheet, WhatsApp, a paper pad.
  • What already exists: a site, a system, a register, a CRM.
  • What you would want to happen instead.
  • Any deadline or budget constraint is better said early.

Before you write

There is work we do not take, and both sides are better off knowing that before a call. We wrote about it plainly on its own page.

When we are not the right fit

Your details are used only to get back to you. You can read our privacy policy.

What happens after you send

  1. We reply within one business day, on the channel you chose.
  2. A short call - what is stuck, what already exists, what you want to happen.
  3. A written proposal with scope, timeline and price. No obligation.
