Services
What we build for businesses
Five services, each with a page of its own: what it solves, how it works, and the projects that stand behind it.
Let's TalkHow to choose between the five
Most enquiries arrive with a symptom rather than the name of a service, which is perfectly fine. This is the translation: if your opening sentence sounds like one of these, that is the page to read first.
Clients search for us in Google and do not find us, or there is a site and it brings in no enquiries.
Business website developmentThere is a process we do by hand several times a day, where somebody's whole job is moving figures from one place to another.
Business automationThere is no way to know what is open right now without calling to ask, and it is all run from a spreadsheet that has outgrown itself.
Business management systemsWe want to sell online, and the order has to reach the people who fulfil it rather than an inbox somebody remembers to check.
Online store developmentThe site is slow, leans on twenty plugins, or the developer who built it has gone and we do not have the code.
Migration to clean code you own
Five services, a page each
Business website development
A fast site that works properly on a phone and brings in enquiries - not one that only looks good in a deck.
Work that proves it
Business automation
Any process you do by hand twice a day is a process you can stop doing.
Work that proves it
Business management systems
Work that is not recorded is not measured - and cannot be improved.
Work that proves it
Online store development
An online store is not a page with a pay button - it is the connection between what the customer sees and what the business does.
Work that proves it
Migration to clean code you own
If your site is slow, held together by twenty plugins, or the developer who built it has disappeared - this is the service that gets you out.
What every project includes, whichever service it is
These are not paid extras and not a premium tier. They are how we work, and they are the same for a five-page business site as for an internal system running inside an organisation.
- A twenty-minute scoping call before any proposal, with no commitment and no deck.
- A written proposal with scope, stages, date and price - and what is not included, named rather than left vague.
- Staged work: at the end of every stage there is something to look at, instead of a reveal at the end.
- Accessibility written into the code to the Israeli standard IS 5568, with no third-party widget promising it instead of supplying it.
- The code, the domain and the hosting access registered in your name at the end.
- The first month of fixes and adjustments included after launch.
- And if we are not the right people, you hear that on the first call, with a pointer to who is.
How a price is arrived at
We do not give a number over the phone before seeing the business, because a number like that is a guess both sides then stay attached to. A project usually starts in the low thousands of shekels, and a system with integrations costs more; the exact figure arrives in a written proposal. These are the steps that produce it:
- The scoping call: what is stuck, what already exists, and what should have been happening instead.
- A decision on scope: what goes into the first stage and what waits. There is almost always one piece worth building first.
- The written proposal: scope, stages, date and price, and what stays out of it.
- Timelines: a business site 2-3 weeks, a system 4-6 weeks, from the point the content and the access are in hand.
- Each service page carries its own section on what moves the price for that service specifically.
Questions about working with us
I do not know which service I need - what then?
Get in touch without deciding. Part of the work of the scoping call is saying which of the five this even is, and sometimes the answer is two of them in a particular order. The symptoms above are a better starting point than the name of a service.
Can several services be combined into one project?
Yes, and that is the common case. An online store is a website and an automation at once, and a management system almost always arrives with data to bring across from whatever came before. The proposal is divided into stages, so committing to all of it is never a condition of starting.
What is the smallest project you take?
There is no formal floor. If the budget does not suit a full project we will say what is worth doing with what there is - and sometimes the answer is one stage now and more in six months. Some of our best projects are one-person businesses.
Will you work alongside our existing suppliers?
Yes. A designer, a copywriter, an SEO consultant or a bookkeeper - we build and connect, and we do not ask you to replace anyone already working with you. What we do not do at all is written up on a page of its own.
Who actually works on the project?
We work directly with the business owner, with no layers of account management. That means the answer you get comes from the person doing the building, and it also means the number of parallel projects is limited - which is why we will not promise a timeline we know we cannot meet.
