Iris Hanania
Founder and CEO
Ms. Hanania was educated and raised in Israel and the US. Worked in both continents, experienced cultural diversity and business differences and learned to appreciate various practices and values.
She has over 25 years of executive and business experience. Since 2007, Iris scouts for leadership talent, innovative technologies and strategic partnership opportunities within Israel’s tech ecosystem.
Prior to Propel, Iris co-founded and headed Emenai, a service provider to chain and boutique hotels in L.A. California. Before that, she directed HR units for Athena SW, FC Group, Karat Digital (Scitex) and Heinz Remedia and successfully built best-in-class HR operations.
Iris holds a BA in Psychology from CSUN and HR Management credential from Bar-Ilan University. Resided in the US for 10 years. Israeli and US citizen.
